Discovered by Akihiko Tago, Tsuyama, Japan (Nov. 20.672 UT - T-Max 400 film) and Yukio Sakurai, Mito, Japan (Nov. 20,812 UT - Fuji Fine Pix S2 digital camera + Nikon 180-mm f/2.8) at V=7.5.  Position:
R.A. = 7h41m54.56s, Decl. =-27°06'38.3" (equinox 2000.0).
